Challenge: Tasked with crafting 1800 custom LEGO® trucks, DD Bricks faced the challenge of creating miniature replicas of the client's delivery trucks. These trucks were not only destined for internal employees but also for esteemed customers worldwide.
The challenge lay in capturing the essence of the company's real-life vehicles while ensuring each LEGO truck reflected the brand's identity.

Solution: With a deep understanding of the logistics company's brand and vision, our LEGO® design expert crafted a design that seamlessly translated the essence of their delivery trucks into miniature form.
Each custom LEGO® truck, measuring approximately 14 cm in length, 6 cm in width, and 8 cm in height, boasted intricate details and authentic features, including the company's logo and color scheme. To ensure consistency across all units, the design was meticulously refined, with attention to the number of parts, lots, and overall aesthetic appeal.
Implementation: We embarked on the manufacturing process with precision and dedication. Our team of skilled craftsmen meticulously assembled each LEGO® truck, adhering to the exact specifications outlined in the design phase.
The trucks were then carefully packaged for shipment to three designated locations: Sydney, Australia; Los Angeles, USA; and Hamburg, Germany. Throughout the implementation phase, DD Bricks maintained open communication with the client, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from production to delivery.
