Challenge: Tasked with crafting 1800 custom LEGO trucks, DD Bricks faced the challenge of creating miniature replicas of the client's delivery trucks. These trucks were not only destined for internal employees but also for esteemed customers worldwide.

Each custom LEGO truck, measuring approximately 14 cm in length, 6 cm in width, and 8 cm in height, boasted intricate details and authentic features, including the company's logo and color scheme. To ensure consistency across all units, the design was meticulously refined, with attention to the number of parts, lots, and overall aesthetic appeal.
Implementation: We embarked on the manufacturing process with precision and dedication. Our team of skilled craftsmen meticulously assembled each LEGO truck, adhering to the exact specifications outlined in the design phase.
The trucks were then carefully packaged for shipment to three designated locations: Sydney, Australia; Los Angeles, USA; and Hamburg, Germany.
