Custom LEGO® Solomon Truck

Our collaboration with a US-based company specializing in industrial-scale electric Transformers resulted in the creation of a remarkable LEGO® model—a truck with a flatbed transporting one transformer.

This case study delves into our approach to designing a standout model while balancing scale, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

Our client, a leading producer of industrial-scale electric Transformers, sought a unique and memorable corporate gift that would reflect their expertise in transportation and installation services.

They envisioned a LEGO® model that would capture the essence of their business while serving as a standout piece on desks or shelves.

Solution: To achieve our goals of scale, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness, we prioritized the use of easily available LEGO® parts and incorporated pre-loved elements where feasible.

This approach allowed us to create an impressive and detailed model while remaining within budgetary constraints.

Challenge: The challenge lay in designing a large-scale LEGO® model—a truck with a flatbed transporting a transformer—that would impress without exceeding the allocated budget.

Additionally, sustainability was a priority, prompting us to explore the use of pre-loved (used) LEGO® parts alongside readily available ones to minimize costs and environmental impact.

Design Process: In response to the challenge, we embarked on a design process focused on maximizing impact while optimizing resources.

We chose to build the model in "minifigure scale," allowing for a substantial size (38cm) without significantly increasing costs.

This scale enabled us to create a visually striking representation of a truck with a flatbed and transformer, capturing the attention of viewers.

Implementation: Throughout the implementation phase, we remained mindful of our objectives, ensuring that every aspect of the model reflected our client's vision and values.

By carefully selecting and arranging LEGO® parts, we brought the truck with a flatbed and transformer to life, paying close attention to detail and functionality.

Results: The outcome is a standout LEGO® model—a truck with a flatbed and hanger—that exceeds expectations.

Through our focus on scale, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness, we have created a remarkable piece that serves as a highlight on any desk or shelf, effectively showcasing our client's expertise and services.

Our partnership with the industrial-scale electric Transformers company exemplifies our commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions in the realm of corporate gifting. By leveraging our expertise in LEGO® design and sustainability practices, we continue to create unique and memorable creations that align with our clients' values and objectives.
